If your vehicle has been impounded it is important to retrieve your vehicle as soon as possible to avoid daily storage fees. The registered owner must be present with valid I.D, registration, and proof of insurance. If you do not have a valid license you may use another government issued photo ID but will need to be accompanied by a licensed driver.

Vehicles impounded by Brighton City Police Dept., Hamburg Police Dept., Green Oak Police Dept., or Howell City Police Dept., will also need a release form. Please contact the appropriate department to obtain the release form.

Please be advised, as the vehicle owner you are responsible for any and all accrued towing and storage charges. Circumstances vary with every accident, so please contact our office for information pertaining to your vehicle.

**Any vehicles left in our yard for more than 25 days will be considered abandoned, and the registered owner will be held accountable for all towing and storage fees.
