Assistance Process: The customer contacts the organization and is assigned a caseworker. The caseworker contacts us to make a financial decision for past balances and/or deliveries to be made. When an agreement has been determined, the caseworker sends us confirmation and we execute the agreed action. Proof of delivery is then sent to the caseworker for payment. This process MUST happen for every delivery or we risk non-payment from the organization.
