The registered owner must be present with valid I.D, registration, and proof of insurance. If you do not have a valid license you may use another government issued photo ID but will need to be accompanied by a licensed driver. Vehicles impounded by Brighton City Police Dept., Hamburg Police Dept., Green Oak Police Dept., or Howell City Police Dept., will also need a release form.
